Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual businesses. Please review the business's policies before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the business's policy and may be subject to processing fees.

4.3 No-Shows and Late Arrivals

Businesses may have policies regarding no-shows and late arrivals. Please arrive on time for your appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are set by individual businesses. Prices are displayed in the currency specified by the business and may be subject to change.

5.3 Service Fees

Little Seconds may charge service fees to businesses for using the platform. These fees are separate from the service prices and are disclosed to businesses during account setup.

6. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using the Service agree to:

• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Maintain appropriate insurance and licenses
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Set clear cancellation and refund policies

7. Prohibited Uses
